What does the room look and sound like?

Vollum Lounge, or Vollum Gallery as it is sometimes known, can be a wonderfully lively sounding room.

What sound equipment is provided?

In short a 16 channel PA system with two vocal mics and multi-track recording capability.

Will provides

• 16 channel mixer and snake
• 2 powered mains 
• backup microphone and stand
• engineering when requested
• stereo microphone for the room
• hard disk multi channel recorder
• 2 DJ CD players and a mixer with ipod input
• guitar amp
• music stand

Requested of Reed:

• a two channel power amplifier to power..
• 2 monitors run from two aux outs on the mixer
• 2  microphones with boom stands and cables
• 2 direct boxes

What need performers bring?

• Instruments
• instrument amplifiers
• optional microphones past 2

If I want my session to be recorded...

• Allow a bit more setup time for sound check to make way for the...
• extra instrument or microphones cables to plug into the board via the snake
